Our Background: Our Private Equity team was launched in 2014 to meet demand by U.S. energy investments. Our industry partners and entrepreneurs are able to provide growth capital to support the evolution of a wide variety of businesses. We are a dedicated team with significant multi-asset experience, a quickly expanding and successful track record, and access to a vast network of strategic partners.

Our Focus: Our focus is to invest and partner with proven owners, operators, and entrepreneurs who want to maximize value by accelerating the growth of their business. We provide a platform and key catalyst they need to expand their business. While we maintain the flexibility to invest across multiple sectors throughout the U.S. we have experience and track record in various international investments.

Our Approach: We identify operators and entrepreneurs with who we can partner with. We provide Growth Capital to those partners in the following ways:

• Financial Capital in the form of strategic capital solutions that maximize the return expectations of our investors, facilitate strong alignment of interest with our partners and support the execution of our partners’ operational growth plans.
• Human Capital in the form of access to specialized resources from Mancos, including finance, legal, human resources, marketing and technology support, our Investment Committee, and our network of experts and relationships throughout the world.
• Strategic Capital in the form of strategic guidance and direction to enable our operating partners to focus on the operations of the business while implementing long-term growth objectives.
