Mr. Limchuatuan has over 25 years of experience in accounting & finance, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, structuring and operations primarily in the upstream, midstream, oilfield service, other energy-related industry sectors, as well as a variety of other industries. He is responsible for sourcing companies seeking capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
From 2018 to 2020, Carlo served as the Chief Financial Officer for a group of privately held, energy related operating companies, helping them grow from $14 million a year to almost $100 million a year in revenue during his tenure. Prior to that, from 2013 through 2018, he served as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for a Colorado-based single family office leading its merchant banking practice. From 2008 to 2013, Carlo held positions of Senior Vice President with Wunderlich Securities, Inc., Vice President with Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC, and Associate with Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc., in their energy investment banking practices. Prior to that, he spent time in the International Acquisitions & Dispositions group at Marathon Oil Company.
Carlo began his career in M&A at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Transaction Services Practice advising numerous companies across a broad range of industries on transactions. In addition, he spent almost 10 years in public accounting, for local and international firms, performing tax, assurance, advisory, and consulting services.
Carlo graduated with Honors from Houston Baptist University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas).
